The director shows through very long shots, the intense training and lonely of the protagonist in natural landscapes (beach, mountain, road ...) full of beauty, tranquility and harmony. They are fragments in which man and nature speak through the sounds of the sea, birds, wind, crickets, breathing ... fragments of reality stripped of meaning in which time flows slowly like life.
