Flashback, April 2012. Ihsane Jarfi, a 32-year-old young man, is missing after being last seen outside a gay bar in Liège, getting into a car with four other men. His body was not found until two weeks later, abandoned in a field, and beaten to death. The four men are quickly suspected, and will be sentenced for homophobic murder. They are sentenced to life imprisonment for three of them, to 30 years imprisonment for the fourth. During the trial, one of the defendants confesses: "We behaved like animals".
