Johnny (Paul Thomas) owns a bar in Paris and Shelly (Porsche Lynn) comes looking for a job as a waitress. She gets a job as a bartender and meets Ed (Gabriel Pontello) who is running a competition for a fashion magazine to find "the girl with the million dollar legs". Ed has an eye for the ladies and wants Shelly to join the competition.
